Local Event Information Hello Walker! Thank you for your interest in walking with Easter Seals Blake Foundation!  This event marks our first Annual Walk With Me which will be hosted on Saturday, May 8, 2010 at Reid Park.  Registration begins at 7:00 am and the walk begins at 8:00 am.  The route will circle around the park area and is wheelchair accessible. Whether you walk as an individual or a team, you will be partnered with an Easter Seals Honorary Ambassador -- an Easter Seals client from your community. Your support helps make it possible for Easter Seals to provide opportunities for people with disabilities to live with equality, dignity and independence.

Walk to increase disability awareness
Easter Seals Walk With Me provides the opportunity to meet people with a disability, and learn about each person's abilities -- not just their disabilities -- and the obstacles that might get in the way of their independence. Expanding your knowledge is a step toward helping others reach their goals.

Walk to change the lives of children and adults with disabilities
