Local Event Information Olde Mistick Village and Mystic Aquarium & Institute for Exploration in Mystic is your destination for this fun walk in support of people with disabilities. Registration for this 5K walk begins at 7:30 am with step off scheduled promptly for 8:30 am. Pre-event festivities will include a light breakfast and an opportunity to meet our very special ambassadors and program participants. After the walk there will be music, food and fun activities for the whole family. The parking is free and plentiful. All registered participants will receive free re-entry into Mystic Aquarium & Institute for Exploration for the remainder of the day. Come join in. Walk With Me for all of our friends...because you can!

Walk to support your Easter Seals Walk With Me Honorary Ambassador
Whether you walk as an individual or a team, you will be partnered with an Easter Seals Honorary Ambassador -- an Easter Seals client from your community. Your support helps make it possible for Easter Seals to provide opportunities for people with disabilities to live with equality, dignity and independence.

Walk to increase disability awareness
Easter Seals Walk With Me provides the opportunity to meet people with a disability, and learn about each person's abilities -- not just their disabilities -- and the obstacles that might get in the way of their independence. Expanding your knowledge is a step toward helping others reach their goals.

Walk to change the lives of children and adults with disabilities
Each dollar you raise supports local Easter Seals programs and services in your area. Help people learn to walk, talk and perform other skills essential to daily living; find fulfilling jobs; reach individualized goals early in life; age with dignity; and participate in recreation programs.
