Easter Seals clients want you to know your fund-raising efforts have made a difference in the life of someone with a disability. Your efforts are appreciated and recognized!

Raise $50+	Receive a Walk With Me T-shirt
Raise $100+	Fund an assistive technology assessment for a senior citizen with visual impairments.
Raise $500+	Provide a fully refurbished, custom-designed computer in the hands of a person overcoming a disability to return to school or work.
Raise $1,000+	Send a family to attend a special camp session with their child and to network with other families dealing with disabilities.

Each member of the top fundraising team will receive an Easter Seals Folding Captain’s Chair.

The top fundraising individual will receive 3 Day/2 Night Resort Accommodations for 2.
